Cancellation Policy

We understand life can throw us curve balls and you may need to cancel your registration and request a refund.  Kumeu Cricket Club has a cancellation policy in place.  An administration fee is applied to all cancellations and refund requests.  The administration fee is $60.00.

Cancellation Prior to Season Starting

If you require to cancel prior to season starting and you have paid in full a full refund will be available to you, less the administration fee.

If you have a payment plan in place and you have already started making payments, a full refund of the payments made will be available to you, less the administration fee.

Cancellation During Season

If you require to cancel during season, Kumeu Cricket Club will work out a percentage to be refunded, less the administration fee.
