How do I book?
Bookings are made through Charlotte either text 021885993 or email charlotte@kumeucricket.com

When is payment due?
Payment is required to secure booking and is payable to the club. The booking is only confirmed once payment has been received.

What happens if it rains?
If sessions are called off due to rain payments can either be deferred to another session or refunded.

What happens if I cancel?
We understand life can throw us a few curve balls so we have the following policy in place

More than 24 hours – a full refund is available and we can either defer your payment to another session or refund you
Less than 24 hours but more than 12 hours – a 50% refund is available. We can either defer the difference towards another session or refund you.
Less than 12 hours – no refund is available.
